Our club is established as one of the top Squash & Racketball facilities in Buckinghamshire. We have hosted county and England Squash competitions, as well as exhibition matches between professional players.
We field 3 Mens' teams and 2 Ladies' teams in the Bucks squash league, and won the Mens' championship and Ladies' Division 2 championship in 2011. Our leading player, Tom Power, also won the Bucks Closed Mens' Championship in 2011. Temple Squash Club also play their Berkshire League home matches here, and in 2012 we will be fielding a "Wycombe Temple" team in the Berkshire Veterans' League.
Our 5 championship courts, changing facilities, bar, and lounge area are enjoyed by an active membership, including all standards of Squash and Racketball players, from beginners to national level, juniors to veterans.
The club has plenty of regular activities during the week. Squash Club Night on Sundays and Racketball Club Night on Fridays, both from 6:30pm, encourage players of all standards to play short games with any other members. This is ideal for would-be joiners to try it and see.
We also have active league and competition structures for squash and racketball, as well as inter-club league matches, social matches and an active Junior Squash section, which meets for coaching on a Saturday morning, from 10am to 12 noon. There are also periodic quiz nights and other social events held though out the year. The lounge area and bar are available for private booking, for whatever social event that you may wish to hold (within reason!).
Whatever your standard, we try to structure competitions so that everyone has an opportunity to take part in and enjoy club events. Although competition can be keen, we do not forget that you come here to relax and enjoy the friendly atmosphere, both on court and around the bar.
